Below is a menu of core services and rentals that we offer.
Please indicate which services you're interested in having our team provide when filling out the bar form so we can include those items in your quote. Pricing is listed where possible, while other items such as labour and product supply are contingent on quantities used and the timeline of your event.
*In The Mix cannot supply or purchase liquor products on your behalf, nor obtain liquor permits for your event.
Staff
Bartenders + Servers
Bar labour is determined based on the
timeline of your event + the number of guests in attendance.
Our team commonly needs a two hour window for setup and a one hour window for take down.
Please indicate the timeline when filling out the bar form
Ice Supply
Ice supply is determined based on guest count.
We'lll bring plenty to make sure we have
enough to keep
the drinks flowing. Further, we can also provide ice for chilling vessels, grab + go stations and water pitchers for tables.
Drink Mix
Save yourself the trip - and hassle!
Our team will bring everything you need:
coke, diet, sprite, ginger, tonic + soda.
Orange, cran, pineapple, grapefruit + clamato.
Even better, you're only billed for what's been used.
The rest comes back with us.

Signature cocktails are an amazing way to go that extra mile.
Our bar director can work with you on creating a beautiful menu of custom cocktails that can range
from the classics to something custom - or -you can choose drinks from our seasonal menu below.
Here's how it works...

Cocktails are priced in "batches".

Each batch will yield 25 drinks, making it easy to determine how many you would like available for your guests.

Our team will provide all of the specialty ingredients and garnishes listed in each cocktail.

All you'll need to do is include the alcohol products required for each drink when purchasing liquor for your event.
*Note; most of our cocktails are also great without alcohol!
